Sound Bath @ the Town Hall

Come bathe in sound on Sunday afternoons at the Worcester Town Hall; as Worcester-based sound healer Violet serenades you with gong, singing bowls, chimes, and more! Each sound bath is an opportunity to immerse yourself in sound, to relax, release, receive, and connect with your inner light. The event begins with an opening circle at 1pm, followed by a one-hour sound bath.

Bring whatever mats, blankets, or other props you need for lying comfortably on the floor for an hour. Children welcome as long as they are able to be still & quiet for the hour.
