COMMUNITY ART WORKSHOP-STAR MAKING
December 7 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
COMMUNITY ART WORKSHOP
STAR MAKING
Because we’re entering the best time of year to see the stars. Because we can create beauty. Because making things together is joy.
On Sunday, December 7th from 2-4, we’ll be hosting the first of a series of free, occasional art workshops at the Worcester Town Hall.
We’ll be cutting, folding, and gluing various types of paper and cardboard stars and there will be projects for all ages. We’ll have supplies to share treasure-hunted from our own homes, but if you have these things around, please feel free to bring:
-Any type of uncreased paper suitable for folding: copy paper, origami paper, etc. Card stock too. This is also a great opportunity to upcycle old magazines and books!
-Scissors and glue (glue sticks, tacky glue, hot glue, you name it!). And tape!
We’ll be posting information about the Community Art Workshop series here on FPF and on Instagram:
