DESCRIPTION:This class is free to all! \nBone Builders is an gentle exercise class\nusing various techniques. The focus is on strength building\, flexibility and balance. \nWear comfy clothes. No special equipment is required. Though some folks bring small hand weights.\nAll levels of fitness are welcome! \nFYI: This program\, which is now in it’s 3rd year(!) was started by the\nWorcester Neighbor Network (WNN).
