Bone Builders is an gentle exercise class using various techniques. Wear comfy clothes. Bring a mat and a water bottle. But if you don’t have them come by anyway.

Currently this class has no instructor. Just a bunch of folks who come together to informally practice.

The Grange meets 2x a month at the Town Hall: the 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 6:00pm->8:00pm Potluck starts at 6:00pm with the meeting following afterwards. (currently 12 people maximum.)
